The hotel was charming with immaculately clean rooms, and the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out easy. The accessibility ramps made moving around less strenuous for seniors like myself, which was a thoughtful touch.
Better breakfast options would improve the experience.

It was a great fit for a speedy visit in Springfield with good value for cost. The basic breakfast had good coffee, which I appreciated to start the day. Make sure to check if there's an orange juice machine available before serving yourself.

We had a fun time visiting the Lincoln Home National Historic Site and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. The kids loved the comfy beds, and we found the location super convenient for exploring local restaurants.
In my wife’s opinion, the indoor pool could use some heating.

missingWrote a review on Jun 16comfortable layoutconvenient accessample parkingdated decor
The room had a comfortable layout with two double beds, perfect for a couple or small family. Plenty of parking available, and ease of access to the nearby highway made it a convenient stop.
Unfortunately, the shower pressure left a lot to be desired, which made for a less enjoyable experience. Breakfast options were limited, so if you're counting on a broad selection, you might want to check out nearby diners instead. The decor felt dated, and an odor in the hallway hinted that the carpet could use a thorough airing out.

Convenient location and friendly staff
My stay was enjoyable due to the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. On the downside, the breakfast offerings felt somewhat limited and could use more variety.

The location made it easy to visit the Lincoln Home National Historic Site and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. The room was cozy and a great spot to relax after long days exploring. Just a heads up, the hallways had a lingering smell of cigarettes, but it didn't ruin our fun!

The King Room I stayed in was super comfy and clean. I really liked the spacious vibe it had, and the bed was just right for a good night's sleep. Even better, the bathroom had plenty of room to move around, which isn't always the case. The housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy too. But, the breakfast options were a bit limited, so that could use some improvement. Overall, a solid place for a night!
